Dormire a sufficienza per produrre bene, nel frattempo la vita scorre.

Dormire a sufficienza per inseguire la chimera della qualità asservita alla produzione.

Dormire a sufficienza per smaltire la pressione specifica del sistema senza opporre resistenza.

Nel sonno si dimentica, nel sonno si perdona, nel sonno ci si rigenera, ma è un rigenerarsi ciclico che ci porta a vivere sempre nello stesso istante.

Cerchiamo di restare svegli invece, e vigili, e attenti a cosa ci accade attorno.
